Delegates representing hundreds of union affiliates gathered this week in Reno for the 62nd Annual Nevada State AFL-CIO Constitutional Convention. On the docket were officer elections, resolutions, candidate endorsements, and words from an array of union leaders, local officials, and candidates for office.
Northern Nevada Central Labor Council President Mike Pilcher took a few minutes during the convention to talk about collective bargaining, right to work, and the recent defeat in Missouri.
