Northern Nevada Central Labor Council President Mike Pilcher on the Supreme Court Ruling in Janus vs AFSCME

Yesterday, Northern Nevada Central Labor Council President Mike Pilcher issued a video statement about the Supreme Court ruling in Janus vs. AFSCME. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that unions in the public sector cannot require that employees pay agency fees even if they benefit from collective bargaining and other union negotiations. 

"Their message is 'I can stand alone, I'm stronger alone,'" said Pilcher. "We know that to be false. That's not the American tenet."
