Here are the details:

UAW Local 2162 here in Reno went on strike on September 22 as part of UAW's nationwide #StandUpStrike. Members from many of our affiliates came out to picket in support. Even Senator Catherine Cortez Masto came out and walked the picket line!

Auto Workers in Nevada Stand Up and Strike Today

 

As of 11:59 p.m. ET on Sept. 14, UAW is on strike against Ford, GM, and Chrysler/Stellantis, striking for better pay and working conditions. This isn't like any other strike. This "Stand Up Strike" will increase pressure over time.
